Yes, we do charge travel fees. Travel fees are only applied to listings that are 30km out of Ottawa (calculated from our office location)

Once we get around the Rockland area, Stitsville area, Travel fees may be applied.

Yes, we do charge for revisions. However we do offer 1 free revision.

Photo - No Charge

Video - $30/per revision (New Export). So please go through your content thoroughly. Mark out & time stamp what & where you would like changes.

If we miss to fix something on our end. No extra revision fee will apply.

Our Photo Turnaround time is always next day. We like to say 24 hours at the latest. Before we start off our day we send off our photos to our clients between 8:30am - 9:30am.

For video we always say 48 hours. So instead of the next day it would be the day after. This is to account for giving our video editor enough time to finish previous projects

On occasion if our video editor does not have a packed schedule, you can expect to receive your video along with photos the next day!

For Virtual Staging Services please expect 2-4 days for delivery (depending on number of photos needed to be staged)

For Revisions (Photo & Video) they will be delivered the following day.

We've implemented an online booking system that allows for ease of use booking. Simply fill out the information for the listing, select your desired services, and choose a date & time slot which is available. The order will automatically be confirmed on your end as well as ours & one of our photographers will be sure to meet you there.

Our schedules are optimized so that once an order is placed. It allows for time to get from one shoot to another.

Payment is done at the time of delivering your property webpage with all rendered services. Payment must be done in order to unlock your property webpage and gain access to your files.

Client may also pay anytime by viewing their orders in their account.

If any revisions of videos or photos are needed we will for sure be working with you on that even after main delivery.

In certain situations where client orders services that may take up to 3 days to deliver, we may unlock property webpage in order for you to gain access to photos (as we deliver those next day)

We will populate the property webpage with other services ordered such as video or virtual staging as they are completed. Webpage will go back on lock if payment is still required in order to access other services rendered.

On average most of our clients sell their listings within 3 months. Which is why we offer a 3 month free hosting period.

On occasion there are homes that may take longer to sell. In order to keep spaces active online there is a monthly fee per number of space that is associated with it on our end.

The 3 month free period begins 3 days after we deliver the property webpage to you. This is to account for clients that may have ordered services such as video or virtual staging which may take up to 3 days to deliver.

We will keep track of each of your listings & when the 3 month free hosting period is over.

There are no subscriptions to be tied down to. We charge $10.00/month per active space. At the time of renewal per listing we will reach out to you to see if you still need the space active. We may then proceed to do a month to month payment basis or a custom one of extending for another 3 months.

At the time of renewal per listing we will reach out to you see to see if you still need the space active. If not then no action is required. If you do, we may proceed on a month to month basis or custom invoice i.e 3 months, 6 months etc.

We recommend booking 2-4 days in advance during normal periods and 4-7 days in advance during peak season (March – July).

We will always do our best to accommodate last minute bookings when they come up. If that's the case please reach out to see if we can fit you into our schedule.

The amount of time required for a shoot is highly variable depending on size of the property and the services that you ordered. A general guideline to follow is to prepare for at least 1 hour for a basic “Photo Essential” only shoot, and between 1.5- 4 Hrs for more extensive bookings.

When your media is ready, you will be sent a delivery notification email to the preferred email address you provided us in your booking request.

We have 2 tiers of Reels. Basic Reels are shot on an iPhone & Advanced Reels are shot on Mirrorless Camera.

On cloudy, raining, or dark days we can digitally replace the sky on each exterior & interior to give a brighter and more colorful look to the photos.

Property Webpages host all your media in one place so you can have an All-in-One Link to use for “more Photos” On MLS or to post on Social Media. You can add listing details, descriptions, and customize the look of your webpage through “Editor” to match your style and make this a more useful tool for you. You can also add music for prospective buyers to listen to while scrolling through it & be contacted directly through the webpage.

Each listing comes with this automatically. If you do not require it, it does not reduce the price of the package.
